The School District of Philadelphia hosted a day of celebratory events at The Dell Music Center to celebrate members of the Class of 2024 who have committed to a postsecondary pathway during its annual “Our Class, Our Future” Senior Celebration.
Formerly associated with nationwide campaign College Signing Day, “Our Class, Our Future” celebrates Philadelphia’s public high school seniors as they finalize plans for life after high school, whether it be joining the military, entering the workforce, or attending a trade school or college. This year, we honored students who have worked hard to complete the newly implemented Pennsylvania Department of Education graduation pathways. There were buses of students from all over the city in attendance, which was a beautiful sight to see so many students heading to college.
