This holiday season, we’re celebrating “Twelve Days of Giving” in support of twelve special Philly FUNDamentals projects for public schools! Philly FUNDamentals is our crowdfunding site that allows any donor to find a school and give directly to that school’s needs. All projects are identified and hand-selected by school principals and leadership because they have the power to make a big difference for students.
Each day we’re asking for your help to fulfill different wishes, such as:
- Send the children at Carnell Elementary School in Oxford Circle on field trips!
- Help John B. Kelly Elementary School give their young students a place to play, explore, build social connections, and test their rapidly developing motor skills.
- Support Frankford High School’s efforts to build a Drone Soccer team today!
- Provide “Dancing Classrooms” for William Cramp Elementary School‘s fifth graders.
- Help Julia Ward Howe Elementary purchase new tables, chairs, and benches to create collaborative learning environments for students.
- Help Constitution High School’s students buy a 3D printer and take their robotics program to the next level!
- Help Lewis Elkin Elementary finally meet their goal to purchase a book vending machine for their students to access for free.
- Help Gilbert Spruance Elementary School acquire the rights for their students to operate STEM Fuse, a program that facilitates topics that align with STEM principles.
- Chester A. Arthur Elementary school’s furniture is in desperate need of upgrade, and you can help them!
- Support Watson Comly School to keep their partnership with the Philadelphia Insectarium and Butterfly Pavilion to provide an after school program for their students at no cost to them.
